PLDA Results 2020

Due to COVID-19, our members are unable to compete as teams and results to date will not be considered for final playoffs. However, we will play Drawn events and we encourage ALL members to come along to the Club each Wednesday with plenty of prizes up for grabs. Nominations must be received prior to 7:15pm

We managed to complete Round One of our fixtures before COVID-19 restrictions came into place. As of 17 June 2020, following the re-opening of our venue, we were able to continue with our fixtured games – restarting from Round Four. Going by the results, our girls haven’t lost their form.

Tiarna Smith proved she had been practicing during COVID restrictions as she came back to the board throwing 180 – well done!

We were very happy to have a few Junior players join us this season – welcome KJ Parker & sister Suzette! KK started his first night off and left his mark with a huge score of 122 and then along comes his sister showing she’s not going to be outdone with her high score of 120 – well done!

Let’s not forget our other new players – Jaylene (JJ) Lockyer (Mum to KJ & Suzette) and yet to play, Jayde Baird who showed us how she will be a formidable asset on the board, Kellie Maren proving that she can peg – even if it was only Double 1 but a win is a win whichever way you look at it. Jordie Clarke also new to our ranks proved she hasn’t forgotten how to play starting the season off with a 147 peg and Tiarna Smith has returned after a short spell away and hit her first (of many?) 171’s – welcome everyone and great to have you back Tiarna.
